In your box, you'll receive 4.5 kg of (at least) four seasonal vegetables: cauliflower, purple cauliflower, broccoli, romanesco, red cabbage, cabbage, kohlrabi, celery root, fennel or leek, all of which we grow outdoors and in compliance with European organic farming regulations.
It is difficult to know the exact quantity of each vegetable. The quantity of each vegetable may vary according to the ripeness of each product on the day of harvest and shipment. For example, some products may be replaced by radishes, beets, kale, carrots, brussels sprouts or pumpkin.

Harvest period
We grow our vegetables in the open air, and the variation in temperature between day and night is key to their flavor. This means that their ripening depends entirely on the weather each year. The approximate timetable is as follows: from early January to late May.
Harvesting and shipping
On the day of shipment, we harvest the vegetables in our garden first thing in the morning. We choose the ones we feel are at their optimum ripeness and will withstand the journey well. We put them in a recycled cardboard box, without plastic! And the same day, in the afternoon, we deliver them to the carrier.
We use organic manure and control pests with natural predators that live in our islands of biodiversity. You'll receive them fresh, as picked from the bush, without any post-harvest treatment.
Storage
In a cool place, they can last 1 week in good conditions.
Our oranges are now enjoying their well deserved summer hibernation, so unfortunately we can't offer you any oranges...
But don't worry, because right now, for the first time ever, we are offering delicious pumpkins from our summer garden!
