Almonds with skin

Bag with 0.5kg of peeled almonds with skin. Almonds grown in our farm according to our strict philosophy of regenerative cultivation. This farm is in conversion to organic since 2022.The almonds are of the Constantí, Lauranne and Vairo varieties. The almonds were harvested with an inverted umbrella vibrator and peeled during the harvesting process. Subsequently it has been dried in the sun in a natural way.
Organoleptische Eigenschaften
Raw almonds, medium size, cinnamon colour, slightly crunchy and very sweet flavour.
Does not contain traces of nuts.

What is the special characteristic?
In all our cultivations, we totally avoid the use of pesticides. They can be eaten directly as a snack or as a snack between meals at work. We also like to make other recipes with them, such as almond sponge cake, almond cream, or fry them with our extra virgin olive oil and season them to your taste.
