Box of 2kg of peeled almonds with skin. Almonds grown in our farm Verger de Alicia according to our strict philosophy of regenerative cultivation. This farm is in conversion to organic since 2022.The almonds are of the Constantí, Lauranne and Vairo varieties. The almonds were harvested with an inverted umbrella vibrator and peeled during the harvesting process. Subsequently it has been dried in the sun in a natural way.

Raw almonds, medium-small size, cinnamon color, slightly crunchy and very sweet flavor.
Does not contain traces of nuts.

Special characteristics
In all our cultivations, we totally avoid the use of pesticides. They can be eaten directly as a snack or as a snack between meals at work. We also like to make other recipes with them, such as almond sponge cake, almond cream, or fry them with our extra virgin olive oil and season them to your taste.

Campillo de Julia
From March 2023 we have a new challenge: to convert the almond plots of La Mojonada and El Pinar in Campillo de Julia to organic farming and implement regenerative practices at the same. These are plots of Constantí, Lauranne and Vairo almond varieties. The location of these plots is ideal due to their altitude, aeration and soil type for the cultivation of almond trees that we grow in dry farming. They are surrounded by mountains in the vicinity of the Sierra de Espadán where our crop benefits from a very diverse Mediterranean flora and fauna: wild boars, roe deer, goats, eagles and bats. The latter is the symbol of our Valencian land.

Our oranges are now enjoying their well deserved summer hibernation, so unfortunately we can't offer you any oranges...
But don't worry, because right now, for the first time ever, we are offering delicious pumpkins from our summer garden!
