The ingredients are fresh, seasonal and free from residues. The base of this jam are clementines cultivated at Naranjas del Carmen following the strict agricultural philosophy, which completely avoids the use of pesticides. This is important, because the jam contains small parts of the natural peel, which adds a characteristic flavour and texture.
During the harvest season we use half of the picked fruits to make this artisan jam. This way we can enjoy them all year long and shorten the waiting time until the new harvest season.

43% clementines, 42% cane sugar, water, thickener (pectin), acidifier (citric acid).
