Mountain Honey
(500 g)

The honey is produced by our own bees within field free from herbicides and pesticides. The entire honey production is carried out by us. As soon as the orange blossom is over, we bring them to the mountains so that the bees can find more food. Here the bees collect nectar from lavender, thyme, rosemary, the flowers growing there, as well as the fruits of the trees.
Organoleptic characteristics
Our mountain honey reflects the richness of its environment and varies according to the season and the flowers present. Its flavour is intense and aromatic, with milder nuances in spring and deeper in summer and autumn.
The colour can range from light to dark amber, depending on whether light flowers or plants such as heather or chestnut dominate.
The aroma is floral and wild, with hints of mountain herbs or resin. We make two harvests a year, which allows us to offer a unique honey every time.
