Our organic vegetable spread of roasted eggplant has a mild, creamy taste, complemented by a Mediterranean touch thanks to olive oil, lemon and spices. It can be enjoyed with fresh coriander, onion, pomegranate and grilled bread, ideal for sharing and enjoying with the family.

Special characteristics
The basis of our Baba Ganoush are eggplants grown in the fields of Naranjas del Carmen, following our strict cultivation philosophy that completely dispenses with pesticides. Eggplants that are damaged and cannot be shipped are not discarded, but roasted in the oven and used to make this cream.
