This spicy sauce is a delicious combination of lemon, chilli and garlic. It can be used to prepare salad dressings, on bread with tomatoes and avocado. The sauce is ideal for marinating and grilling meat and vegetables. It tastes particularly good with chicken and fish. It can also be used to refine pizza or pasta, give soups and other sauces a spicy kick or make your own marinade. Use with caution!
