In one 5kg box you'll receive between 15 and 25 tomatoes, depending on their size. 1kg corresponds to 3 - 5 tomatoes.

RAF tomatoes of the Marmalindo variety, which are grown in our vegetable garden in the open air without pesticides or herbicides, with organic cow manure and controlling pests with natural predators during cultivation. You get them fresh, just as we pick them and without any kind of skin preservation treatment.

Very juicy tomato with an intense and sweet flavour. Thin skin, few seeds and meaty texture.


Our Marmalindo tomatoes are characterized by a flattened shape, pronounced creases and the profound and consistent bush insertion.
The cultivation in the open air in regenerative soils, together with the variation of temperatures between day and night are the keys to their intensive flavour.

The open-air cultivation means that its ripening depends entirely on the weather each year. An approximate timetable is: from the beginning of June to the end of September.

In the early morning of the shipment day we go into our orchard to pick the tomatoes still cool from the night. We harvest those which are at their optimum point of physiological maturity so that they arrive safe and sound. Afterwards, we put them into a box of recycled cardboard, without any plastic. In the afternoon of the same say, our transport partner comes and picks them up.

In a cool and airy place, they can last up to 2 weeks in good conditions.
The tomato is a climacteric fruit, which means that it continues to ripen after being harvested until it is consumed. As soon as the tip starts to change to a reddish colour, it is a sign that the tomato is already good inside.
If you receive riper fruits, ready to eat, you can put them in the fridge or eat them straight away.
