For this home made zucchini pesto we use zucchini grown outdoors in our summer vegetable garden using regenerative practices, together with basil from our own garden and extra virgin olive oil from our olive grove Campillo de Julia.
You can enjoy the zucchini pesto with your favourite pasta, as an accompaniment to meat and fish, or on its own as a vegan spread or dip.

What is the special characteristic?
The basis for our zucchini pesto are zucchini grown in the fields of Naranjas del Carmen, where we follow our strict cultivation philosophy that completely dispenses with pesticides on all our fields. Zucchini that are damaged and cannot be shipped are not discarded. We avoid food waste at source and use the vegetables to make this pesto.The conscious use of herbs in our fields, such as basil, helps us to control pests ecologically.
Storage and use
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Application: You can eat it directly.
