Orange, lemon and ginger juice

In the upcoming weeks we will provide you healthy and delicious drink recipes. We would love you to taste it and let us know on if you liked them.

This week we want to delight you with a really nice juice, it is going to take just a few minutes, but its going to be worth it.

We are including lemons in this recipe because as you might know this is “Lemon Week” at Naranjas del Carmen.

The ingredients we are going to use for this juice are:

  • Lemon:1 lemon peeled
  • Orange: 1 orange peeled
  • Ginger: small piece of Ginger peeled, about 2cm by 2 cm.

In order to prepare this juice you just have to follow the steps:

Step 1: peel and cut all the ingredients.

Step 2: mix them in the blender

Step 3: add half a glass of water.

In case you are not a big fan of pieces in your juice we recommend you to sieve your drink before drinking it.

Step 4: and the most important part…ENJOY!!! You deserve this moment.

Probably you are wondering how this juice is going to benefit your body, that is why we are going to explain you the vitamins of this gorgeous healthy drink.

The lemon is going to provide Vitamin C and antioxidants, the orange is going to add a big dose of vitamin C, but also vitamin A, B6 and antioxidants.  And last but not least, we have added a piece of ginger, which is going to provide antioxidants as well and inflammatory compounds.
